All-Inclusive Dues

Full Golf Monthly dues cover golf, unlimited use of the practice facility (including range balls), carts, bag storage, access to the year-round Simulator Room at the rate of $18/hour, Fitness Center access and Clubhouse Dining, with no food minimums.

The are NO cart fees.

Additional 36-Holes

At No Charge, Full Golf Members have complimentary reciprocity with 36 holes at Queenstown Harbor Resort with two day advance booking availability.

Assessments

There are NO capital or operational assessments passed through to the Membership.

How do we do this?

The Brick Companies, a century old, financially secure company owns and operates The Golf Club at South River. There are neither unforeseen capital assessments nor any operating assessments.

    • Young Executive Memberships are available for those under the age of 36 and include access to:

      • Unlimited tee times *closed Mondays

      • Tournament Registration Access
      • Access to Lockers ($100/yr)
      • The year-round Simulator Room ($18/hour)
      • The Fitness Center (Daily Operations Monday - Friday 5AM-7PM & Saturday/Sunday  8AM-5PM)
      • Social Events & access to private event spaces
      • Clubhouse Dining 
      Monthly dues start at $455
  • Non-Resident Membership

    • Non-Resident Memberships are available for those who have a primary residences 50 miles outside of the club.
      The Non-Resident Memberships include access to:

      • Unlimited tee times *closed Mondays
      • The practice facility (including range balls)
      • Bag storage
      • Tournament Registration Access
      • Access to Lockers ($100/year)
      • The year-round Simulator Room ($18/hour)
      • The Fitness Center (Daily Operations Monday - Friday 5AM-7PM & Saturday/Sunday  8AM-5PM)
      • Social Events & access to private event spaces
      • Clubhouse Dining
      Monthly dues start at $375
  • Non-Prime Membership

    •  Non-Prime Golf Membership include access to:

      • Unlimited tee times during the week and after 1:00 PM on the weekends *closed Mondays
      • The practice facility (including range balls)
      • Bag storage 
      • Access to Lockers ($100/yr)
      • The year-round Simulator Room ($18/hour)
      • The  Fitness Center (Daily Operations Monday - Friday 5AM-7PM & Saturday/Sunday  8AM-5PM)
      • Social Events
      • Clubhouse Dining
      Monthly dues start at $455
  • Sports Membership
      • Up to a total of 4 tee times can be booked each month, during the week or non-prime times after 1PM on Saturday and Sunday. Club established guest rates will be applied to each of the four rounds booked*closed Mondays

  • Social Membership

    • Social Membership includes Clubhouse restaurant for dining (Lunch and Dinner Wednesday-Sunday) and also includes invitations to social events hosted by the Club and the use of private event spaces.

      Annual Membership Fee: $350 (includes a $150 dining minimum)
