The Golf Club at South River is known to create a culinary experiences that reflect the individual taste of each couple. Our catering team, offers custom menu selections for plated, buffet and culinary station style events. Enjoy a signature cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, creative culinary stations, a rustic-style buffet, or an elegant plated affair at your reception.

Tours are available by appointment - allowing you the chance to ask questions, meet our event coordinator, and obtain a proposal. - Prior to your wedding day
  
  A planning session held one-on-one with our event coordinator to plan your menu, timeline, linen colors, floor diagram and more!
  
  The Golf Club at South River will also provide a recommended list of vendors and hotels to assist with planning.
  
  The week preceding your wedding
  
  The Golf Club at South River will receive your favors, toasting glasses, cake knives, seating cards and additional decor prior to or the day of your ceremony rehersal.
  
  A complimentary ceremony rehearsal coordinated by the Club’s event manager with your officiant. Note: An additional fee will apply for weddings using first time officiants.
  
  The wedding day
  
  Wedding party access to the Bridal Suite up to three hours prior to the ceremony.
  
  The event manager will greet and direct the photographer, videographer, florist, bakery and rentals. Our coordinator will work with the vendors prior to, during and after the ceremony to ensure a timely and well run event.
  
  The Golf Club at South River staff will place assembled centerpieces and candles, arrange escort cards and put favors on the tables.

- Unlimited access to The Golf Club's on-site Wedding Coordinator to answer any questions and help you along the planning process.
  
  An onsite coordinator who takes care of setting up and breaking down all your personal décor. The coordinator also works along side your additional vendors and with the couple to keep the event running smoothly.
  
  A well-appointed, two room Bridal Suite.
  
  Our venue includes wooden tables, French rounded back reception chairs, and linens.
  
  Clubhouse china, glassware, and silverware.

- Our venue can accommodate events from 50 to 120 guests.
  
  Wedding times are based on a four-and-half-hour timeline. A half-hour is allotted for ceremonies, while the remaining four hours are typically slated for your cocktail hour and reception. Add an hour for an additional fee.
  
  Weddings may be scheduled at 5:00pm/later on Saturday Evenings during peak months. Wedding may be scheduled at 4:00pm in off peak months.

Food & Beverage Base Package Pricing:

All food and beverage must come from The Golf Club at South River with the exception of your cake or dessert. F&B packages can range from $125-$150 per person. Speak to our event coordinator to discuss which package is right for your event.

Ceremony Fee:

In lieu of a traditional ceremony fee, this is built into our venue fee. There will be no additional charge for each attendee of your ceremony.

DEPOSIT:

After touring with our event coordinator you will receive a proposal. The proposal will include the deposit which is 25% of the estimated event total.
