Rick was born and raised in Maryland and received his degree in Golf Course Management in 2004 from the Institute of applied Agriculture. Formerly a Police Officer with six years on patrol, Rick has executive protection experience with training in all aspects of client protection. Rick has been with the Golf Club at South River for nine years.
Rick started out as a crew Member and moved to Assistant Superintendent in 2002. He is now in his fourth year as Golf Course Superintendent at The Golf Club at South River. Rick oversees the day to day operations and maintenance of the golf course and golf course crew with attention to environmental responsibilities in keeping with The Brick Companies “green philosophies”.
Outside of The Golf Club at South River, Rick enjoys skiing, martial arts, Korean Tae Kwon Do, Pilipino Arnis, Escrima, and Kali. He also coaches boys Lacrosse and enjoys time with his wife, Lisa and children Hailey and Ben.
