THE CLUBHOUSE PHASE II

Phase II of The Golf Club at South River will offer amenities and activities for every member of the family. The newly renovated and expanded Clubhouse will be the centerpiece of our thriving Club community, providing a place to meet, play, dine and celebrate.

Our full service golf shop and locker facilities will be located on the first level of the Clubhouse. The golf shop will offer a wide range of the latest equipment and apparel for our Members. The offices of our golf staff will be located on the first level where they will be available to personally fit your clubs in our convenient fitting room. The private locker rooms will offer steam and sauna for both our Men and Ladies with a full service treatment room available by appointment. The fitness facility will present an array of the most contemporary exercise equipment with a separate multi-purpose room available for planned programming including Yoga or Pilates.

The main level of the Clubhouse will be the center of socializing offering a comfortable parlor with fireplace and soft seating. The grille room and bar will suggest a casual dining area for our Members, while the main dining rooms will present a more formal environment for dinner or private gatherings and brunch.

The third level of the Clubhouse features our very own Kid?s Club with plenty of entertainment for kids of all ages. The inside golf instruction and practice facility will attribute two 15x15 bays for those inclement days where Members can practice or have a swing analysis performed by one of our PGA Professionals. Also located on the third level, the Clubhouse will offer a Member´s business center and private conference room with fireplace. The Club Management offices will also be located on the third level for Member´s to easily meet with the General Manager, Membership Director or Club Accountant.

In keeping with The Brick Companies vision of environmental stewardship, the future Club will be Leed´s certified.
