THE CLUBHOUSE PHASE II

Phase II of The Golf Club at South River will offer amenities and activities for every member of the family. The newly renovated and expanded Clubhouse will be the centerpiece of our thriving Club community, providing a place to meet, play, dine and celebrate.

Our full service golf shop with state-of-the art swing analysis center will be located on the lower level of the Clubhouse. The golf shop will offer a wide range of the latest equipment and apparel for both men and women. The private locker rooms will offer steam and for both Men and Ladies with a full service treatment room available by appointment. The new fitness facility will present an array of the most contemporary exercise equipment available.

The main level of the Clubhouse is the home of our Club Bistro at South River and is the center of socializing offering a comfortable parlor with fireplace and soft seating. The dining room and bar suggest a casual dining area for our Members and Guests, while the future Adirondack Room will presents a unique and inviting space for larger events, open air dining, and private parties.

The third level of the Clubhouse features our newly renovated Member Lounge. The lounge is perfect place to escape after exercising or playing a round of golf. The Club Management offices will also be located on the third level for Member's to easily meet with the General Manager, Director of Membership, Food & Beverage Manager, or our Club Office Manager.

In keeping with The Brick Companies vision of environmental stewardship, a green roof will be placed over the newly added pro shop.
