A Golf Membership allows use of all of the Club Facilities and to attend club-sponsored events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis upon payment of the applicable membership deposit and Club Fees. Golf Members shall not be charged green fees or practice range fees for use of the golf facilities, but shall pay personal charges incurred at The Golf Club at South River and all other Club Fees established by the Club. If the Golf Member pays the individual level of dues then such member shall not pay golf cart fees and if the Golf Member pays the family level of dues then such member and his/her immediate family members shall not pay golf cart fees. Golf Members shall have such advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf starting times (which may be changed in the Club's sole discretion) as may be established by the Club from time to time. Golf Members shall have priority to participate in any Club-sponsored golf tournaments on a space available basis and priority for use of lockers and the golf bag storage facility on a space available basis upon payment of the applicable fees.
Upon payment of applicable dues, a member will not pay any additional fees for green fees, golf cart fees, practice range fees, bag storage fee for one bag, and handicap fee for one handicap. Dues will increase as club renovations and facility expansions are completed and as outside daily-fee play is gradually reduced.
A Corporate Golf Membership is only available to on-going, active, operating businesses and shall be held in the name of a company, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, trust or other form of business ownership (a "Company"). The Company, as the actual member and owner of the Corporate Golf Membership, shall designate one primary designee and may designate up to an additional three associate designees to use the membership use privileges. The designee(s) of the membership use privileges must be an officer, director, partner, owner or employee of the Company, must submit an Application for Use Privileges and be approved by the Club. Each Corporate Golf Membership shall be considered to be one membership without regard to the actual number of designees. The Company shall pay the required membership deposit for the primary designee and the required non-refundable initiation fee for each of the associate designees. The required membership deposit may be higher than the membership deposit charged for Golf Memberships. Each designee shall have the same use privileges as a Golf Member and shall pay the same dues and other Club Fees as a Golf Member. Both the Company and the designees of the membership use privileges shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all Club Fees incurred by the designees and their immediate family members and guests.
The Company may change the designees of the membership use privileges upon approval of the new designee by the Club and the payment of the applicable non-refundable change of designee fee to the Club.

A Non-Resident Golf Membership allows use of all of the Club Facilities and to attend Club sponsored events held at the Club upon payment of the applicable membership deposit and Club Fees. Non-Resident Golf Members shall not be charged green fees or practice range fees for use of the golf facilities, but shall pay personal charges incurred at The Golf Club at South River and all other Club Fees established by the Club. The Non-Resident Golf Member must have primary residence outside of 50 miles of The Golf Club at South River.

Dues will increase as club renovations and facility expansions are completed and as outside daily-fee play is gradually reduced.
A Social Membership allows use of the Clubhouse and to attend certain designated Club-sponsored social events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis upon payment of the applicable non-refundable initiation fee and Club fees. Social Members shall also have the opportunity to play three rounds of golf during non-prime times established by the Club on a space available basis during the membership year. Social Members shall pay the applicable greens fee and golf cart fee for each of the three rounds of golf and shall pay personal charges incurred at The Golf Club at South River and all other Club fees established by the Club. Social Members shall have no further access to the golf course or golf practice facilities provided at The Golf Club at South River, except as a guest of a Golf Member and payment of applicable guest fees.
Allows the use of all the Club Facilities and to attend Club Sponsored events held at the Club upon payment of the applicable membership deposit and Club Fees. Junior Members shall not be charged green fees or practice range fees for use of the golf facilities, but shall pay personal charges incurred at The Golf Club at South River and all other fees established by the Club. The Junior Member must be under the age of age of 35.
Junior Members lock in at the current initiation deposit at the date of application and the first installment is not due until their 35th Birthday. Each subsequent installment is due on an annual basis each year thereafter (provided the Clubhouse and course are fully renovated, if not, then the Junior Member would follow the renovation payment schedule after turning 35 years of age). The membership is 90% refundable under Charter.
Allows the use of all the Club Facilities and to attend Club Sponsored events held at the Club only during the week upon payment of the applicable membership deposit and club fees. Weekday Members shall not be charged green fees or practice range fees for use of the golf facilities, but shall pay personal charges incurred at The Golf Club at South River and all other fees established by the Club. The Weekday Member has privileges Monday through Friday only. Weekday Members are not eligible to play during the weekends and do not have privileges to the club sponsored golf tournaments on the weekends. The membership is 90% refundable under Charter.
All membership deposits, initiation fees and dues are subject to change without notice from time to time and to all applicable State of Maryland taxes.
