The Spa at The Golf Club at South River is a unique offer included in membership and a convenient way to relax, relieve stress or care for any therapeutic needs.
  
Our professional staff is here to help. Appointments are readily available so don't let that knot keep you from a satisfying experience at The Spa.

    • Swedish Massage
      Considered to be the most universal of all massages, this session will help reduce tension, increase circulation and induce relaxation. Your therapist will utilize smooth strong strokes, with “light to moderate” pressure.

      Sports Massage
      This invigorating full-body massage utilizes light stretching and various massage techniques to help improve range of motion, circulation and flexibility. This is a great massage for relaxation and elimination of lactic acid after an active day.

      Deep Tissue Massage
      A more therapeutic technique of bodywork incorporating slower strokes to work deeper layers of muscle fibers. This massage will help release chronic patters of tension hat create painful conditions and structural misalignment.

      Aromatherapy Massage
      This luxurious treatment combines the therapeutic benefits of touch and smell.

      Express Massage
      Hectic schedules can wreck havoc on the body and the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders. Recharge with our twenty-five minute specialized massage geared to release tension in these areas.

Jesse is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry. In addition to completing several personal training certifications, in 2013 he attended the Titleist Performance Institute(TPI) and became a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. Jesse’s goal is to challenge and motivate clients to do their best and feel great about what they have accomplished, while providing them with the necessary knowledge to lead a happy, healthy life.
